Students participating in the Women in Science event attend presentations by local women professionals in STEM related fields. They learn about the types of education necessary for career paths, as well as activities, salary and other related expectations. The girls see and experience technology and equipment used in many stem related careers.

WHO PRESENTS Pediatric dentists, wildlife biologists, pharmacists, civil engineers, family practice physicians, optometrists, GIS analysts, research associates, creative directors, meteorologists, physical scientists and many others.
